Eastern Leadership Centre

What we do

We offer an ever-widening range of support and training for schools, children’s centres and organisations across the education sector.

What we believe

ELC is all about improving the lives of children and young people. We do this by supporting professionals and volunteers like you: committed, caring adults who guide and lead children, pupils and students.

Who we are

We are a small organisation with big objectives. To achieve these we always work in partnership, as you would expect from a registered charity. These partnerships are many. We link with individual schools and children’s centres; with groups, clusters and consortia; with universities; and with local authorities across not just the East of England but nationally.

We are also a respected, high-quality contractor for government organisations such as the National College, the Training and Development Agency and the Children’s Workforce Development Council.

Where you can find us

Our office address is Iconix Building, London Road, Pampisford, Cambridge, CB22 3EG.
