Jacqueline McCamphill - GEL Service Leader for ELC Jacqueline McCamphill is the Service Leader for GEL, responsible for the strategic leadership and delivery of all ELC School Governance CPD programmes and products. The role includes defining appropriate strategies and business plans for growth, income generation and effective marketing strategies. She also works as part of a small team writing bids in response to Governor related tenders.

3. David Lloyd - GEL Editorial Board David Lloyd has been involved in GEL since it started some 6 years ago. He is one of ELC’s main consultants responsible for generating and writing content. David has his own Training and Development business and works with clients both in the UK and abroad. He provides learning and development consultancy and coaching to a range of organisations including supermarket chains, local and national government organisations. David is also a registered hypnotherapist and have a small therapy practice.
4. Angela Kent - Buckinghamshire LA Member of the GEL Editorial Board Angela Kent has been working as Governor Support Officer for Buckinghamshire since 2008. Prior to this role she was Clerk to Governors for a number of schools within Buckinghamshire.
5. Julia Newman - Cambridgeshire LA Member of the GEL Editorial Board Julia Newman is Training and Development Manager for Cambridgeshire Governor Services. She has been a member of the GEL Editorial Board since 2006.
