  • understand how you and fellow governors can use your school’s performance data to monitor performance

  • understand how you can monitor your school’s progress against targets

It provides you with factual information on which to base your working practices and provides you with food for thought as to what might work best for your school.

As your governing body must act as a corporate body, we suggest you share your learning with your fellow governors so together you arrive at the best solutions.
